No matter the destination, if Dylan goes there once, he can get there again. And that sense of direction extends to his vision as the Founder and CMO at One Net Agency. His natural ability to align teams around a shared objective lets him look ahead to meet a rapidly changing marketing landscape with the right tools and focus. He has a special love for helping startups grow and lives to help align executives on a cohesive strategy. 

With over 20 years of experience helping brands like Lenovo, Rhapsody and Adobe to acquire new customers, Dylan’s history across roles like Account Director at ValueClick Inc and later founding One Net, has always maintained a focus on creating future proof solutions. He’s known for helping clients look forward, but he’s surprisingly good at driving backwards too—a 5km record to be exact. On weekends he likes to explore the steepest snow peaks in North America on his snowboard.

Born with a video camera in her hand, Nicole took full advantage of her mom’s theater props to film anything and everything she could. She represents the intuitive side of the agency and everywhere she looks, she sees puzzle pieces, particularly in the systems and scaffolding she builds to support One Net’s processes. From documentary filmmaker, to serial entrepreneur, Nicole loves to live different lives with evolving hats, and leading an agency lets her do that every day.

She has been Creative Director at One Net for almost 15 years, leading successful campaigns for brands like Google, Lenovo and Xbox. In 2016, Nicole released her own documentary film, Amplify Her, along with its broader storyworld of comics and motion series. No stranger to the stage, she has also spoken at TedX Victoria, UX Week in San Francisco, and might even tell you about the time she did runway in another life.

Known internally as the king of gradients, Jaiden is our talented Associate Creative Director. With over a decade of design experience, prior to his role at One Net he commanded lead roles at influential companies including B12.io, Webflow, and Industry Canada.

His work has set trends in our industry, with campaigns being featured both in Times Square and during the iconic NASDAQ ringing bell ceremony. With a background in responsive design, front-end dev and Artificial Intelligence in the B2B landscape—Jaiden brings a wealth of knowledge and industry expertise to our team.

A marketing enthusiast who knows her way around a spreadsheet, Brianne has collected years of certifications and experience in digital marketing, including Google Analytics & AdWords.

From an in-house marketing team to freelancing in web design and content strategy, Brianne brings a hefty mix of experience to the One Net team—particularly in the financial services realm, where she spent two years as a marketing manager working with advisors and investors. She has a BA from the University of Victoria (2013) and just completed her MBA with a specialization in Marketing.

Shin is known as our agency octopus—strategic and adaptable, with an uncanny ability to multitask. As our lead producer, her many arms are masters of connecting the right One Net expert, to the right client contact. She sees the project big picture through a strategic timeline and pushes projects past the finish line. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Victoria with a minor in Art History.

Before joining the One Net family, she worked largely in video editing and production. As a throughline, her favorite thing to work on at One Net is video production. She loves the problem solving required at an adrenaline-pumping pace. She also enjoys helping to rationalize designs during meetings with clients, and is known for always having a backup plan. In her spare time you can find her watching Christopher Nolan movies or popping and locking to hip hop.

With over a decade of experience in the tech industry, Rupinder brings a strong mix of devskills and organizational know-how to his role as a Web Producer. With a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Thompson Rivers University and an MBA from the University of Waterloo, he keeps projects on track and bridges the gap between clients and devs. His role involves scoping out work, smoothing out blockers, and making sure everything gets done right and on time. What Rupinder loves most, though, is the mix of tech and human interaction—it’s the part that brings everything to life.

Before joining One Net, he worked on mobile app development at Blackberry, led web projects at ACD Systems, and ensured uptime on healthcare cloud infrastructure at Perfect Serve, where a system failure could be critical. Outside of work, he’s drawn to Russian literature, boxing, and exploring new cities (Barcelona is a favourite). Rupinder is also a passionate cook and fitness enthusiast, known for his spicy chicken wings and dedication to the gym. To him, every project and adventure is a new chance to learn and grow.

Ashley has come a long way since writing her first paid blog post on non-toxic cookware on Fiverr in 2016. She’s written across a variety of mediums and industries but has finally found her voice in tech. At One Net she loves probing into competitor landscapes to position clients to win big. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Victoria, and a Diploma in UX Design from Brainstation. Prior to her marketing career, she was a food and beverage industry hustler, with some decent knife skills to prove it.

Directly prior to working at One Net she co-created a wildly-successful, local bartending newsletter that averaged +70% open rates. Now, she loves learning about new tech products making the world a better place, but creatively writing headlines for websites is her fave. She also enjoys getting to know her coworkers and writing bios! When not at work she can be found playing volleyball—on any terrain—and walking her small but mighty doggo, Zorro (who is an office celebrity).

A yoga teacher turned writer and brand storyteller, Nicola’s journey to copywriting has been anything but typical. After nearly a decade teaching yoga—including a stint in Australia—her curiosity led her to explore new creative outlets. She pivoted to publishing, completing a diploma at Langara College, where she brought stories to life through the interplay of words and images. Now at One Net, Nicola dives into website copywriting and brand strategy, using her insight to help clients connect with their audiences in meaningful ways.

Nicola brings over six years of diverse experience to One Net, including developing a magazine for The Globe and Mail, supporting global brands like Lojel, and crafting campaigns at Domain7 (later Versett) and Remotely Collective. An avid film photographer, she captures Vancouver Island’s natural beauty and finds joy in singing and writing indie-folk music. Nicola is also passionate about health, with an undergrad in Health Studies from Queen’s University and a nutrition diploma. Whether she’s bikepacking the gulf islands or experimenting with new creative techniques, Nicola brings curiosity and creativity to all her work.

Animator first, designer second, Kristen sees everything in motion. Each live video shoot brings a rush of seeing her storyboards coming to life and each new animation is an opportunity to explore deeper into a brand's storyworld. She believes magic happens when the right people get together in a room and loves to see the birth, death and legacy of ideas. 

Kristen has been with the One Net team for almost 10 years, traveling around the world for AppLovin video shoots, giving energy to Google products, and capturing stories of the world’s biggest brands. A go-getter at heart, Kervin immigrated to Canada on a start-up visa from the Philippines. There, he created a mobile app called Scoutbees from the ground up to help exchange students find places to live. Now at One Net, Kervin loves spearheading beastly design systems for major clients, focusing on efficiency and user experience with an eye toward scalability.

In university, Kervin studied computer science and front end development. He slowly transitioned into a myriad of UI/UX, and product design positions in crypto, blockchain, health, and real estate. His impressive portfolio includes the Facebook Marketplace Thailand, Instagram Japan landing page, and Hometime—a major property management company in Australia. While Kervin values his development background for enhancing his understanding of project requirements, he ultimately chose to pursue design, which he finds more fulfilling.

In his spare time, Kervin embraces Type II fun—adventures that are challenging yet rewarding. Since moving to Victoria, he’s taken up biking and relishes the hiking trails of the west coast, balancing his professional pursuits with adventurous exploits.

Hailing all the way from Brazil, Alyne is our talented Visual Design Lead that has yet to meet her match when it comes to her execution speed. With over a decade of experience in UI and Visual Design, Alyne has serious chops with product centric design systems and brand identities.

You can often find her with a pencil in hand, iterating her ideas into graphite—and then refining graphite into digital magic. You might catch Alyne outside of the office exploring new foods and flavours and spending quality time discovering the beauty of Canadian nature.

Charles learned early in life to solve the unexpected on the family farm. Now he brings this tenacious troubleshooting to solve client problems through careful interpretation and full stack coding skills. He has over 15 years of experience planning and developing web, mobile, and embedded software applications. He can do it all, but his happy place is ensuring the optimal flow of data into every database and API to maximize efficiency for clients as a software architect.

After building 50+ websites and numerous applications in anything from PHP to Typescript, Charles knows his way around countless languages and technologies. Most recently, he built admin dashboards and reporting interfaces for Hidden Bands, developing micro APIs to interface between MySQL and NoSQL databases. He is experienced in systems admin, from command line Linux admin using SSH, to using Amazon AWS Control panels, CLI utilities, and Google Cloud admin. But his learning doesn’t stop there. He’s always evaluating new technologies to deliver value and enhance productivity.

Charles is the proud father of three wonderful sons who are his world. When he’s not coding useful solutions for clients, he’s building useful things for them to play with—nurturing their inquisitive minds and love of the outdoors.

With diplomas in both design and development, Jeremy has nearly 10 years experience in the field working for various agencies as well as freelancing. Whether it’s responsive websites, comprehensive e-learning courses, full stack web applications, or iOS apps, he’s got experience building in various languages, frameworks, and platforms. He has contributed to a wide variety of projects for names like Oakley, Honda, Syncrude, Husky, and Suncor.

Jeremy’s forte is developing intuitive and elegant user experiences, and problem solving through code. When he’s not contributing to the web you can probably find him trying not to lose any of his 4 kids at the playground, or playing some sort of racket sport in his “free time”.

Known to light up our morning standups with his enthusiasm, Raymond is passionate about all things website animation. He gets a thrill building interactions that elevate the user experience and loves to wow clients with pixel perfect sites.

Before joining the One Net crew, Raymond earned a Diploma in Network Administration from George Brown College. He then spent a couple of years developing eCommerce websites and making spa websites beautiful and serene. When he’s not busy learning new tech and using his creative problem solving skills on coding challenges, you’ll find him cheering on T1, an eSports team from South Korea, or stress-cleaning his apartment.
