Web Producer

An Agency with heart

Hello, our agency is growing and we're looking for a highly organized and technical Web Producer. Our Web Producers interact with clients, internal team members (staff) and external contractors to resource projects and move them down the timeline. Producers are integral to the success of our agency and we love them for this.

Web Producers are essentially Project Managers.  Because we produce great sites and results for our clients, we prefer the term Web Producer.

We’re One Net Agency. We’ve been working with world leading brands for the past 14 years including a few you might recognize, such as Google, Uber, SteelSeries, and Xbox. We also love to work with innovative start-ups building a range of disruptive tech from AI to gaming, to healing the planet and our health. We are a confident yet growing group that’s ready to fill the world with quality design and memorable campaigns to increase engagement with brands.

This is a full time position. We would love to fill it from someone local in Victoria BC; but this could be a remote position for the right candidate.

Background

Collaboration is at the heart of working at One Net. As a Web Producer you are an integral part of our team. Within our existing creation processes, the web producer brings all the pieces together to ensure they get done on time and within budget. This position does require someone who is technical and organized.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with creative and development teams on project timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules
  • Create Gantt charts for waterfall projects related to branding, websites, videos, and advertising campaigns
  • Organize and manage post-delivery sprints for the above project types

  • Participate in daily standup meetings to articulate your priorities and unblock team members

  • Work with the finance team to send weekly hour reports to clients
  • Work with the finance team to confirm staff and contract hours for the purpose if invoicing
